You must also read, understand, and agree to the payment method and pricing information. If you provide credit card information, you authorize us to charge your card for the product. You may claim a refund within 30 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied, but no refunds will be entertained after this period.

Access to the products is provided for legal purposes only, and you agree to use the products or company content legally under applicable laws. We reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions by posting changes on the site, and your continued use after 30 days will be considered acceptance of the new terms. You agree not to use cyberscholarinstitute.com content to recruit, solicit, or contact any instructor or student for employment or contracting for a non-affiliated business. Violation of this will result in a permanent ban from the website. The company may modify the products or temporarily discontinue their availability to make necessary changes.

You agree to solely abide by applicable laws and not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, or communicate any content of the Company site without permission. You also agree not to upload, post, or publish any unauthorized advertising or inappropriate, offensive, racist, hateful, sexist, pornographic, false, or misleading content as a comment.

Regarding privacy, you will not disclose personal information to other users, solicit the personal information of others, or provide incorrect information to gain access. You must maintain the confidentiality of your account and notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach. You are solely responsible for any activity on your account, and you may not transfer your credentials to anyone else.

The Company grants you an unlimited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for which you have paid all required fees. You must comply with all laws related to copyrights and other intellectual property use, and you must not distribute, modify, reverse engineer, mutilate, hack, or interfere with the products or any site operation.

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if the product does not meet your requirements, but you must not have progressed more than 5% through the course. Refunds may take at least 7-10 business days after the date of application. No refunds are available if you have obtained one credential certificate through our Academy, but a swapping possibility will be given.
